HOT AIR – The Lost Bootleg Session • 70s Hard Rock Inspired • (Full Session)

✨ Hot Air – The Lost Bootleg Session (1972) ✨ A lost recording from the underground rock scene of 1972, recovered decades later from a battered collection of reel-to-reel tapes. In the summer of 1972, deep in London’s underground music scene, a young roadie named Micky “The Marmalade” Dawson discovered six forgotten tapes hidden inside a battered leather satchel at a crumbling venue known as The Rusty Nail. What he found was raw, unpolished, and completely alive. Part live performance, part studio recording, and part forgotten alternate takes, The Lost Bootleg Session captures Hot Air at their most untamed — thunderous drums, wailing guitars, driving bass, soaring vocals, and the rough energy of a band playing without the restrictions of the studio or record label. The tapes were said to have disappeared after a bitter dispute over creative control. The label wanted polished anthems. The band wanted something louder, darker, and more unpredictable. For decades, the recordings remained buried, passing through the hands of collectors and bootleggers until they finally resurfaced. The hiss, scratches, imperfections, and raw atmosphere are part of the experience. Because a bootleg was never meant to sound perfect. It was meant to sound real. 📝 Track List 00:00 Hard Rock (Live) 04:54 Black Cat (Live) 11:37 When We Break (Live) 16:25 Hard Rock (Live – Alternate Take) 21:38 The Battle of Neverland 25:52 Going to the Great Canyon 30:12 (Hidden Track) When We Break (Live – Alternate Take) 🎧 Turn it up.
