Congress President Mallikarjun kharge Alleged Political Targeting by BJP New Delhi: Congress President Mallikarjun kharge on Thursday accused the BJP led Central Government of Targeting opposition leaders and attempting to weaken democracy Addressing the Media,kharge said that despite writing a letter to BJP Rajya Sabha leader Nadda seeking answers to certain issues,he had not received any response from the government,He also criticised the BJP over filling of an FIR against leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi. Kharge alleged that the government was trying to intimidate Congress leaders through political actions,he further claimed that the BJP was attempting to divide people on the basis of caste , which according to him posted a threat to India's democratic values. The Congress President asserted that his party would continue to oppose such actions and would not allow any attempt to undermine democracy
