Goku Vs Vegeta (CPU update 1.1)

I have been trying to make the CPU fight better, but eventually I decided to just make upgrades myself. I finally now have a chance to implement these CPU developments with the enhanced physical Bodies that have been documented on this channel so far. Possible patch coming soon. I encourage most/all debates in the comments about power scaling. All mods are were found through discord and Patreon. I am not the owner nor do I create character mods, I just power scale and make CPU enhancements.
