Citation building used to require a full time VA, took 1 to 2 weeks per client, and still produced inconsistent results because most of the directories being built were low quality and had nothing to do with the legal industry.
Caesar built a tool that does the same job in about a minute.
This video walks through the before and after of the Webris citation building workflow, from the massive manual spreadsheet that used to run the process to a fully functional piece of software with its own interface, built in two days inside Claude Code, that now lives inside their internal platform and can be updated and pushed live by anyone on the team.
The tool pulls the client's existing directory listings, identifies where the top three local competitors are listed that they are not, filters for legal industry specific directories only, flags premium vs. free listings, and cross references everything against a database built from years of working exclusively with law firms.
What would have cost $200,000 and six to twelve months to build with a traditional development team took two days. And it gets better every time someone on the team iterates on it.
If you are a law firm paying an agency for local SEO this video will show you what citation building should actually look like in 2025.
