I Came to Change the Lock... Then Spotted This

I was called out to change a lock on a back door, but once I arrived and had a proper look, I realised the existing lock had been fitted incorrectly. What should have been a straightforward lock change turned into putting right the previous installation and getting the door working properly again. Just another example of why it is always worth checking what is actually causing the problem before simply swapping parts.
