The chance to catch a sleeping max health Rayquaza within one standard catch rate ball(like the Luxury Ball) is ~23.7%. The chances of both occuring is ~3.91%. Conclusion? Sana has cracked luck as usual. Also, shiny Rayquaza is the best looking shiny legendary, imo, and might even be my favorite shiny Pokemon coloration period. There is no reason for it to be as well designed as it is for both color variants, yet here we are.
