This is a redesign of the Vacuum Reactor I showed off in my previous tutorial. This design fixes the heat gain issues by only extracting coolant when the reactor is turned off. I have not had any heat gain with this reactor, but even still please take proper precautions when building. Use blast protection, make sure you have backups, and test thoroughly.
