I Left My Government Job… WHY? 😳 India Post GDS | Reality of a Government Job

I Left My Government Job… WHY? | India Post GDS | Reality of a Government Job Hello everyone! 👋 My name is Akash, and I am from Uttar Pradesh, India. 🇮🇳 In this video, I am sharing my personal experience and the real reason behind my decision to leave my government job as an India Post GDS BPM. Getting a government job is a dream for many people. A stable income, job security and a respectable position are things that many of us work hard for. But sometimes, the reality of a job can be different from what we imagine. While working as a GDS BPM, I experienced work pressure, targets, responsibilities and the challenges of managing multiple duties. At the same time, my passion has always been content creation, YouTube, vlogging and learning new skills. I realised that if I wanted to explore new opportunities, build something of my own and work towards my dreams, I needed to make a difficult decision. Sometimes, to start a new journey, you have to let go of something familiar. This video is not about saying that every government job is bad or that everyone should resign. A government job can be an excellent career choice for many people. This is simply my personal experience, my perspective on work-life balance, career pressure and the importance of following your passion. My goal is to improve my skills, create meaningful content, become a better creator and explore new possibilities in life. If you are a government employee, private employee, student, job seeker, aspiring YouTuber, vlogger or content creator who feels confused between a stable career and personal dreams, this video may help you think about your own journey. 🎯 IN THIS VIDEO, I TALK ABOUT: ✅ Why I left my government job ✅ India Post GDS BPM job reality ✅ Government job reality in India ✅ Work pressure, targets and responsibilities ✅ Government job vs private job ✅ Why I want to become a full-time content creator ✅ My passion for YouTube and vlogging ✅ The importance of learning new skills ✅ Career growth, personal development and work-life balance ✅ Taking risks and starting a new journey ✅ Following your passion while making responsible career decisions 👤 ABOUT ME I'm Akash Kumar from Uttar Pradesh, India.
