MANCHESTER | HE LOST THE PLOT MANCHESTER NIGHTLIFE takes a turn in this one… We headed into Manchester for another Saturday night documenting what really happens after dark. The night started surprisingly quiet, but by around 2AM everything began to change. We witnessed an arrest, an argument involving another creator, a confrontation in the middle of Deansgate and an unusual encounter involving an unmarked police vehicle. But later in the night, things became much more serious when an angry man began causing trouble near Manchester's Gay Village. After an argument with his friend, he picked up large metal beer kegs and began throwing them across the street. Police arrived shortly afterwards, but his attention eventually turned towards me and my camera. And Manchester still wasn't finished… Another man approached me looking for an argument before a final confrontation involving a large group brought the night to an end.
