THEY FOUGHT THEIR WAY TO ANOTHER FINAL! 🇲🇾

Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah are heading to another Super 750 final! One week after winning the Denmark Open, the Malaysian women's doubles stars defeated Japan's Rin Iwanaga and Kie Nakanishi 21–17, 22–20 in the French Open 2026 semifinals. But the second game nearly changed everything. Down 3–11 at the interval and then trailing 3–12, Pearly-Thinaah faced a huge challenge. They fought their way back to 13–14, levelled the game at 18–18, and reached match point at 20–19. Japan fought back to 20-all. Pearly-Thinaah held their nerve and closed out the match 22–20. Another final. Another chance at a Super 750 title. And a remarkable display of determination when the pressure was at its highest. 🇲🇾 From Denmark to France — the journey continues.
