Derby Improved | Did Zetterstrom Just Save Someones Job?

Derby County Podcast – Where Rams Walk returns after a dramatic draw at Sheffield United, with Jacob Zetterström producing a remarkable goalkeeping performance to earn the Rams a point. Was this the result that finally changed the mood around John Eustace? Luke, Peyton and Stace join the discussion after watching Derby at Bramall Lane, where the Rams produced a much-improved display before being forced to defend under intense pressure. The panel praises Zetterström's extraordinary saves, with some supporters describing his display as one of the finest goalkeeping performances they've witnessed. But should Derby have won the match before Sheffield United fought back? There's discussion about Derby's strong opening hour, the defensive mistake involving Sanderson and whether the team deserves more credit for its organisation and commitment. We also examine the performances of Ozoh and other key players, including whether Derby finally have the foundations of a side capable of climbing the Championship table. The biggest debate concerns John Eustace. After growing calls for a managerial change, has this performance earned him more time? Are Derby supporters too quick to change their opinions after individual results? And what standard should be expected from the squad? The panel also discusses the relationship between Eustace and the travelling supporters, alongside the importance of maintaining improved performances in the coming weeks. Has Eustace turned a corner, or does Derby need to show much more before supporters can believe in the project? *CHAPTERS* 00:00 – Zetterström saves Derby at Sheffield United 02:00 – Derby's improved performance 04:00 – Should Derby have won? 05:30 – Supporter praise for Zetterström 07:00 – Ozoh and Derby's key performers 09:00 – John Eustace: stay or go? 12:00 – Supporter opinion and managerial pressure 15:00 – Halloween football memories and wider debate #DerbyCounty #DerbyCountyPodcast #WhereRamsWalk #DCFC #JohnEustace #JacobZetterstrom #EFLChampionship
