السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
معاني مفردات الآيات (1_6):
﴿من نفس واحدة﴾: آدم عليه السلام.
﴿بثَّ منهما﴾: نشر وفرَّق منهما بالتناسل والتزاوج.
﴿والأرحام﴾: واتقوا الأرحام أن تقطعوها.
﴿رقيبًا﴾: حافظًا لأعمالكم أو مطلعًا.
﴿حوبًا كبيرًا﴾: إثمًا أو ذنبًا أو ظلمًا عظيمًا.
﴿ألا تقسطوا﴾: ألا تعدلوا.
﴿فانكحوا﴾: فتزوجوا.
﴿ما طاب لكم﴾: ما حل لكم.
﴿أدنى ألا تعولوا﴾: أقرب ألا تميلوا وتجوروا في النفقة وسائر الحقوق.
﴿صدقاتهن﴾: مهورهن.
﴿نحلة﴾: فريضة أو عطية عن طيب نفس.
﴿طبن لكم﴾: رضيت نفوسهن.
﴿هنيئًا مريئًا﴾: طيبًا سائغًا حلالاً.
﴿السفهاء﴾: المبذرين والمقصود من اليتامى.
﴿قيامًا﴾: قوام معايشكم، وصلاح أموركم.
﴿ابتلوا اليتامى﴾: اختبروهم في الاهتداء لحسن التصرف في أموالهم قبل البلوغ.
﴿بلغوا النكاح﴾: بلغوا سن الزواج.
﴿آنستم﴾: علمتم وتبينتم.
﴿رشدًا﴾: صلاحًا في دينهم ومالهم، واهتداء لحسن التصرف في أموالهم.
﴿بدارًا أن يكبروا﴾: مسرعين في إنفاقها قبل أن يكبر اليتامى فينتزعوها من أيديكم.
﴿فليستعفف﴾: فليكف عن أكل أموالهم، ولا يأخذ أجرًا على وصايته.
﴿بالمعروف﴾: بقدر حاجته الضرورية، وبقدر أجرة عمله.
﴿حسيبًا﴾: محاسبًا لكم ورقيبًا.
مضمون الآيات (1_6):
1-تبدأ السورة بدعوة الناس جميعًا إلى عبادة الله وحده وعدم الشرك به، منبهة إلى قدرته عزوجل في خلقه من نفس واحدة، انتشر منها خلق كثيرون من الذكور والإناث.
2-ثم وجهت الآيات الأمر بالمحافظة على أموال اليتامى، وحذرت من الاعتداء عليها.
3-ثم أمرت الرجال الذين يرغبون في الزواج من يتاماهم أن يتزوجوا بغيرهن من النساء إن خافوا أن يظلموهن، وأباحت لهم التزوج من اثنين أو ثلاث أو أربع مع العدل بينهن، فإذا خشوا عدم العدل اقتصروا على واحدة.
4-ثم حذرت الآيات الأولياء من أن يمكنوا السفهاء من التصرف في الأموال، وأمرتهم بالإنفاق عليهم بالمعروف، كما أمرت باختبار اليتامى قبل تسليمهم أموالهم، وحذرت من التبذير وإنفاق أموال اليتامى قبل بلوغهم سن الرشد، وطلبت من الأغنياء ألا يأخذوا أجرًا على وصايتهم من مال اليتامى، وأباحت للفقير أن يأخذ بقدر الحاجة.
دروس مستفادة من الآيات (1_6):
1-البشر جميعًا يرجعون إلى أصلٍ واحد، وهم أخوة في الإنسانية والنسب.
2-حق الأقارب علينا عظيم، ولهذا أمرنا الله عزوجل بصلة الأرحام وعدم قطيعتها.
3-لم يجبر الإسلام أحدًا على أن يتزوج البنت اليتيمة التي تكون في رعايته، فإذا تزوجها فليدفع إليها مهرًا، وأباح تعدد الزوجات عند الحاجة وبشروط.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
Meanings of the words in verses (1-6):
“From a single soul”: Adam, peace be upon him.
“He dispersed from them”: He spread and multiplied from them through procreation and marriage.
“And the wombs”: Beware of severing ties of kinship.
“An observer”: One who watches over your deeds or is aware of them.
“A great sin”: A grave transgression, wrongdoing, or injustice.
“That you not act justly”: That you not be fair.
“Then marry”: So marry.
“What is lawful for you”: What is permissible for you.
“More likely to prevent you from being unjust”: More likely to prevent you from being unfair and unjust in spending and other rights.
“Their dowries”: Their bridal gifts. (A gift): A religious obligation or a willing gift.
(They are pleased with it): They are content with it.
(A pleasant and wholesome gift): A good, wholesome, and lawful gift.
(The foolish): The spendthrifts, and this refers specifically to orphans.
(A means of support): The foundation of your livelihoods and the well-being of your affairs.
(Test the orphans): Test them to see if they are guided to manage their wealth wisely before reaching puberty.
(They reach marriageable age): They reach the age of marriage.
(You perceive): You know and understand.
(Right guidance): Righteousness in their religion and wealth, and guidance to manage their wealth wisely.
“Hastening before they grow up”: Spend it quickly before the orphans grow up and take it from you.
“Then let him abstain”: Let him refrain from consuming their wealth and not take payment for his guardianship.
“With what is reasonable”: According to his essential needs and the wages due for his work.
“An Accountant”: One who will hold you accountable and watch over you.
Content of verses (1-6):
1- The surah begins by calling all people to worship God alone and not associate anything with Him, highlighting His power in creating from a single soul, from which many males and females have spread.
2- The verses then command the preservation of the orphans' wealth and warn against misappropriating it.
3- Then, the verses commanded men who wished to marry their orphaned daughters to marry other women if they feared they would wrong them. They permitted them to marry two, three, or four wives, provided they treated them justly. If they feared they could not be just, they were to limit themselves to one.
4- The verses then warned guardians against allowing the foolish to manage the orphans' finances and commanded them to spend on them fairly. They also commanded that orphans be tested before their inheritance was entrusted to them and warned against extravagance and spending orphans' money before they reached maturity.
