GOD, I BECAME HIM — Garden of Angels (Official Lyric Video)

I heard his voice tonight. It came out of my mouth. "God, I Became Him" is about a cupboard door slammed not hard, just hard enough — and a room going quiet in a way you remember from being seven years old. It's about building your whole self out of not being him, and never building the other half. About recognising the shape your child makes in his chair, because you invented that shape. And about doing the one thing he never did: walking back into the room, getting down to eye level, and saying sorry. For anyone who decided it stops with them. Which line stayed with you?
