حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کو اللہ تعالیٰ تورات کوہ طور پر عطا کی تھی

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ ثُمَّ عَفَوْنَا عَنْكُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُوْنَ Then We pardoned you thereafter, that haply ye may return thanks. Al-Quran - Surah 2 - Al-Baqara - Ayah 52 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ وَ اِذْ اٰتَیْنَا مُوْسَى الْكِتٰبَ وَ الْفُرْقَانَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُوْنَ And recall what time We vouchsafed unto Musa the Book and the distinction that haply ye may be guided. Al-Quran - Surah 2 - Al-Baqara - Ayah 53 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ وَ اِذْ قَالَ مُوْسٰى لِقَوْمِهٖ یٰقَوْمِ اِنَّكُمْ ظَلَمْتُمْ اَنْفُسَكُمْ بِاتِّخَاذِكُمُ الْعِجْلَ فَتُوْبُوْۤا اِلٰى بَارِئِكُمْ فَاقْتُلُوْۤا اَنْفُسَكُمْ١ؕ ذٰلِكُمْ خَیْرٌ لَّكُمْ عِنْدَ بَارِئِكُمْ١ؕ فَتَابَ عَلَیْكُمْ١ؕ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِیْمُ And recall what time Musa said unto his people: my people! verily ye have wronged your souls by your taking the calf, wherefore repent unto your Maker, and slay yourselves: that were best for you with your Maker.
