Dallas rap war just hit the courtroom. MO3 (Melvin Noble) was gunned down in broad daylight on I-35E in Dallas on November 11, 2020. Prosecutors say rival rapper Yella Beezy (Markies Conway) put the hit out and paid Kewon White to do it. White is on trial right now. Yella Beezy is next. This is the alleged murder-for-hire case that’s been building for years. Long beef. Music. Social media. Old shootings. Now the state is trying to connect the dots in front of a jury. The shooting: MO3 was driving on the highway when a black car pulled up. Witnesses say a masked man with a rifle chased him on foot and shot him. He never made it. Prosecutors call it a planned hit. Defense says the state is filling in gaps. Who’s charged: • Kewon White — alleged shooter. On trial first (started late August 2026). Already doing federal time on a gun case tied to this. • Yella Beezy — accused of hiring the hit. Out on bond / house arrest. Capital murder. MO3’s mother, his manager, Yella Beezy’s girlfriend, and other witnesses have been or are expected on the stand.
