Askri (Royal Physician Nawab of Junagadh State) Guest : Sakhawat Noor (International Business Consultant & Coach) Peach Delight Written Recipe : INGREDIENTS : Biscuit 1 Roll Melted Butter 2 to 3 Tbsp Peaches 4 to 5 Condensed Milk 3 Tbsp Sugar 2 Tbsp Method : Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and add melted butter. Beat the cream and add condensed milk beat again. Refrigerate cut peaches into cubes add sugar and cook on a very low flame. Then in a jar add biscuit crumbs top with peaches then cream Keep making layers till full Garnish with peaches mint. Chicken Pie Written Recipe : INGREDIENTS : Half Chicken Breast 300 Grams Noodles Boiled 3 Cups Oil 1 Cup Chopped Onions 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomatoes 3 Tbsp Whole Red Chilies 6 to 7 Gram Flour 12 Tbsp Milk ½ Kg Chicken Stock 4 Cups Chicken Cubes 2 Cheddar cheese 150 Grams Tomato Ketchup 3 to 4 Tbsp Eggs 2 Method : In a pan add oil when warm add the onion and sauté then add the tomatoes and whole red chills till they soften a little. Now as in gram flour till the color becomes golden. Add in milk, stock keep stirring with a whisk so that no lumps appear. Add the boiled chicken, cheese, ketchup, and the noodles . Close the flame and put it in the backing dish.
