Turn on your oven then take a ride to your local roast chicken shop and grab half a chook, a large chips and some gravy. Get it home, boil up some peas and follow what I did. Quick and easy! It's a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings in every bite, plus cheese! What's not to love? Give it a go. Don't cook the mix too long in the oven though as it can make the chips on the bottom too hard.
