Puthukkolli Shiva Temple is a water temple located in Chembrasseri, near Pandikkadu, Malappuram district. It is an ancient Shiva temple that is over 300 years old.This temple is a hereditary temple of a Namboothiri family called Marattu Mana. Along with this temple, there is also a Maha Ganapathi temple. In the Puthukkolli Shiva temple here, Lord Shiva appears in the form of Swayambu in the water.Furthermore, to the west of this Puthukkolli Jala Kovil temple, another dedicated Shiva temple is found on a hill facing east.The annual Maha Shivaratri and Pratishtha festival are celebrated here with great pomp.
