Fishing 2 dams on the Ohio river for hybrid bass. Extremely high and dirty water!

Decided to explore some new dams yet again on the Ohio River. This time went much further downstream to try different locations with hopes of a possible blue cat as many aren't avaliable further up. UNFORTUNATELY it rained 8 inces and big storms along the upper stretches of the Ohio river and the water level came up 4 foot over night and we fished some extreme flow and dirty water. I wouldn't have called it unfishable but it was definitely very close to that point, especially in the sections we planned on targeting below the dams mainly for wipers, walleye, saugeye, sauger, blue cays and flatheads. We made the best of it, caught some new PB wipers and Jimmy caught his first wiper and a really special treat, a blue sucker. really cool looking fish. J Zone even showed up just to fish, he's such a hardcore guy. We put in some serious effort and earned the few fish we caught. over night the water came down 2 ft and we fished a third dam the next day, that will be on a separate video.
