We then took a narrated tour train to learn about the island's history. A big highlight was the Southernmost Point of the USA, where we snapped photos of the famous buoy. Right next door, the Southernmost House, with its fancy Victorian style, caught our eye. We enjoyed the ocean views at the pier, then relaxed on South Beach with a delicious meal. Back on Duval Street, we saw cool old buildings and charming shops on a side street. We took a trolley tour for another view of the island and then admired the quirky architecture on Duval Street. We also enjoyed fresh seafood, Key Lime pie, and the fun atmosphere of Margaritaville. Our Duval Street adventure ended with a visit to a historic market and a peek at a classic bank building.
