Assyrian Culture Day – "Savra" dance group.

Assyrian Culture Day brought us many vivid moments, but one of the most powerful and moving was the performance by the "Savra" ensemble. This group is a source of shared pride for us all—a living embodiment of our people’s centuries-old traditions, resilient character, and profound spirit. Every movement they make on stage, every chord they strike, radiates a pure energy that touches the very heart and fills us with pride in our roots. It is highly symbolic that "Savra" means "hope" in the Assyrian language. As long as we have artists like these, our culture will continue to live, flourish, and unite generations. Our thanks go to the "Savra" ensemble and its director, Dora Avroeva, for this unforgettable performance, for the fire in their eyes, and for the hope they inspire in each of us!
