BOA side dial / lace replacement on Snowboard boots

I had to replace the lace on a snowboard boot that uses the BOA dial system. The lace connected to the side dial was about to break. I had a very hard time finding videos that explained the process (especially for the side dials) and the BOA company has very bad instructions. I finally figured it out and thought it might help others in the same situation. The BOA company will send out free replacement kits, but they require you to upload photos to correctly match up the model of BOA dials and cables. Side note - when riding on a lift with a snowboard, don't let the edge of the board rest on your boot where the lace can get sliced up :-( That's easier than replacing the lace later...
