Costume stubble tutorial

This is a tutorial on stubble makeup that I promised Tumblr followers. Because sometimes you just need stubble, okay? Supplies: dark blue matte (not shimmery, you REALLY don't want that) eye shadow fluffy brush dark brown creme color or eye shadow (just need something dark, brand and specific type don't really matter) stubble sponge Optional: white creme color or eye shadow for highlight hairs (also useful for older characters that are going while in their beards)
