Guru Rinpoche empowerment from the Apam Tertön lineage – His Holiness the 41st Sakya Trizin. July 4

On July 4, 2026 His Holiness the 41st Sakya Trizin (Sakya Trichen) bestowes the Guru Rinpoche empowerment from the Apam Tertön lineage. As far as we understand this special empowerment is called “The Bestower of Supreme Siddhi” – an Empowerment for the Profound Accomplishment of the Vajra Seven Lines which text was compiled by the head of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism – Dudjom Rinpoche (1904-1987) based on the terma revealed by Anang Tertön, in fulfilment of the wish of Lama Jangchub Dorje – the great Apang tertön’s direct disciple and dharma-heir. Next event: On July 5 (July 6 for Asia), His Holiness the 41st Sakya Trizin will bestow the Long Life Empowerment from the lineage of the Tibetan mahasiddha Thangtong Gyalpo. His Holiness will give a brief practice which brings powerful protection and blessings from Guru Rinpoche, Amitayus, Amitabha, Hayagriva and Thangton Gyalpo. The empowerments will be given in Tibetan in Toronto, Canada, and hosted by a new Sakya center – Sakya Chokhor Ling. ABOUT THE GURU RINPOCHE EMPOWERMENT Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) is the embodiment of the enlightened qualities of all Buddhas.
