South Devon Highway Newton Abbot to Torquay

Driving along the South Devon Highway from Newton Abbot to Torquay. One of the problems with this road is that it's only 50mph and it's a dual carriageway where a lot of drivers tend to hog the outside lane. One driver in this video got fed up with the offender and past them on the left. Recorded from a Xiaomi Yi action camera on 11th March 2016 at around 5pm.
