Abhay Oak, a former Supreme Court judge, today highlighted legal issues and stated that the process currently being implemented by the Election Commission is illegal. He also expressed the opinion that the orders of CJI Suryakant and Justice Bagchi, which protect this illegal process, should be reconsidered. Earlier, the current Supreme Court judge Bhuyan had also said the same thing. Both these current and former Chief Justices are renowned for their just conduct and clean image.
