HOW TO: ONE EYESHADOW COOL TONED SMOKEY EYE FOR BEGINNERS | EIMEAR MCELHERON

Hey Everyone! Hope you all are well? I'm back again today with another tutorial and this week I'm showing you how to create this smokey eye using just one shadow. I'm using a black eyeshadow that I got in Primark/Penneys for €1 just to show you that you don't need to spend a fortune on makeup to get a decent finish.
