What If Minecraft Mobs Had Elite Variants?

To many players, Minecraft's mobs are a walk in the park, even on the hardest difficulty. Wouldn't be interesting if those fights could escalate into something even the most skilled would consider a challenge? Brood and Dire Mobs, elite variants of regular Minecraft creatures, do just that. Bright particles can mark an ordinary Minecraft mob as primed. Defeat it in LUT, and the hunt may grow into a tougher Brood or a full Dire encounter. Broods are stronger variants with body pieces added or removed, while Dires are elite fights with displaced parts, random Aspects, and summoned Broodlings. While those Broodlings remain, Dire mobs become fully invulnerable. This guide shows how these encounters appear, how Broods can yield Brood Spores and other loot, and how Dires can reward rare keys and mob-themed items.
