Fishing for BIG Yellowtail and MASSIVE Red Rockfish at the Coronado Islands! | San Diego Fishing

Today we were fishing at the Coronado Islands, a small island chain just across the border 13 miles from San Diego. We were trolling the Nomad DTX lure in search of California Yellowtail. We were able to get lucky and catch one before we went rock fishing for some giant red vermillion rockfish, sheepshead and Boccaccio (salmon grouper).
