Over the past 30 years, only a handful of automakers mass-produced engines above 40%, and the hybrid track was monopolized by Toyota for three full decades. Geely's i-HEV took a third path: P1+P3 dual motors paired with a 3-speed DHT Pro transmission, where the engine can directly contribute at any speed, with three power sources combining to always operate at peak efficiency.
