WPL B14 Newer Ready to Run.

This is an Updated RTR WPL B14. Unfortunately for now I am unsure where you can purchase these but hopefully WPL-RC.COM resolves the issues they are having with shipping cost and issues with paypal. When they are back up and taking orders that's where you can get these versions.
