Poinsettia Tutorial (Buttercream / Glaze icing)

I love using buttercream and glaze together to create flowers (and other designs) for my cookies. These decorations do dry and you are able to bag/heat seal them. They are not as stackable as regular glaze that has dried....but much more stable than buttercream.
