✨ Eid Special Kheer Puri Recipe | Crispy Sweet Puri with Khawa Coconut Filling | Easy Eid Dessert 😍

Make this delicious Eid Special Kheer Puri with a crispy golden puri filled with a rich and flavourful khawa, coconut and dry fruit filling, served with creamy homemade kheer. 🤍✨ A traditional combination of sweetness and comfort, perfect for Eid celebrations, special occasions and family gatherings! 😍 🫓 Dough 500 grams maida Salt to taste 2 tbsp ghee Lukewarm water as required Mix maida, salt and ghee. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead into a smooth dough. Keep aside. 🥥 Khawa Coconut Filling 2 tbsp ghee 400 grams khawa 1 cup grated and roasted coconut ½ tsp elaichi powder ½ cup crushed dry fruits 1 tbsp khaskhas 1 cup sugar Heat ghee in a pan and add khawa. Cook until the khawa softens. Add roasted coconut, elaichi powder, crushed dry fruits and khaskhas. Mix and cook well. Finally, add sugar and cook until everything combines nicely. Let the filling cool. 🥛 Creamy Kheer 1 litre milk ¼ cup basmati rice 10 cashews 10 almonds 1 tsp elaichi powder ¼ cup condensed milk 50 grams khawa ¼ cup sugar 2 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp cornflour Water as required Boil the milk in a pan. Grind basmati rice, cashews and almonds into a smooth paste and add it gradually to the milk while continuously mixing. Cook for some time. Add elaichi powder, condensed milk, khawa and sugar. Mix and cook well. In a small bowl, mix cornflour with a little water and add it to the kheer along with ghee. Cook until the kheer becomes creamy and slightly thick. 👩‍🍳 How to Shape & Fry 1. Roll out the prepared dough. 2. Add the prepared filling. 3. Roll and cut the dough as shown. 4. Add more filling if needed and shape the puris. 5. Fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy. 6.
