The Sifu challenges system primarily revolves around its expansive Arenas Mode, a massive free post-launch content update containing a total of 120 unique combat challenges. The system splits challenges across two specific categories, Tiger Arenas (75 challenges) and Dragon Arenas (45 challenges). Players complete these challenges to earn "Stamps" (up to 3 per level plus a special Gold Stamp tier for mastery) which are used to unlock subsequent challenge packs. The 5 Arena Game Modes Every challenge in the Arenas follows one of five distinct core objective formats: • Survival: Players must defeat waves of enemies while managing their health and keeping their starting character age as low as possible. • Performance: A high-score mode where players must maximize point multipliers (keeping the meter at 3x Yellow) by using structure takedowns, environmental elements, and parries without taking damage. • Manhunt: A time-sensitive assassination mode where the objective is to locate and eliminate specific priority targets in the arena as fast as possible. • Capture: A territory control mode where the player must clear out and capture designated zones on the map while under heavy, constant enemy pressure. • Time Attack: A race against the clock requiring players to wipe out all enemies or meet specific conditions before the timer runs out.
