✝️A Living Faith - Bible+Talk+Prayer - Difficult Topics - Sep 2026 - Fasting - Faith & Works

This is a video I did not expect to make. These topics are difficult and what I have been thinking about a lot lately —personally. I didn’t expect for it all to come out but here we are. Also please know that I am in no way saying that I’m worried about my own salvation at all. I’m just sharing things that made the fear of the Lord become even more real and serious to me. Another note is that I have been learning more and more that fasting is very important in spiritual warfare and is sometimes even critical for healing. Demons don’t like it. “This kind doesn’t come out except for prayer and fasting” —Jesus said this and some Bibles took this verse clean out. I’ve covered that topic before. The enemy is very alive and well and does not let these topics become easily known. I also want to say I’m not trying to say we need to suffer and fast and struggle. I have just been thinking about all of these topics and it makes me want to fast and pray in a good way. And that is a personal thing. This study may seem like mixed messages. Sometimes it’s tricky. Because it all matters to God. We are not saved by works. Our salvation is not maintained by works. “By His stripes we are healed” and by His blood we are saved —but we must accept His gift for real. It is also about the condition of our heart and it’s about what we idolize and worship and give power to. This I may not have made as clear as I wanted to in this video, but the sincerity is key. When Christ asked Peter “Do you love me?”, not only was He asking 3x to give Peter a chance to “un-deny” Christ 3x before the cock crowed, He was asking Him a true question that He asks each one of us. Who is actually Lord of your life? Is it actually Christ? Or is it yourself and other fixes/even idols/demons? The way the world works I am finding out is just so different than we are taught even in church. The Biblical writers and ancient world understood more than we do now. Crazy. It’s not old fashioned. It’s true. The spiritual realm is real. You can’t pretend to be a Christian. God knows and sees and calls us out -See Revelation 1-3. I can’t pretend to follow Christ. Following Him does mean an active following. And active faith. I hope that I can get this across.
