Tropics Trail at the Minnesota Zoo | Exhibit Tours Ep. 71

Tropics Trail at the Minnesota Zoo. Filmed: January 10, 2026. Like most of the Minnesota Zoo, the Tropics Trail was an opening day attraction in 1978 but still holds up well after 48 years as one of the country’s few major simulated indoor Rainforests. The complex is by the Gibbon Island, the Tropical Reef tank, as well as Malayan Tapirs, Tree Kangaroos, and lots more! Information presented in this video about the Minnesota Zoo came from the park’s website or social media pages, or from public online articles.
