So for preparing this first we spread the wetted raw rice under the fan in a shadow place for drying it and we grind the dried rice in a milling machine to get the flour and then we fry the flour in a vessel subsequently we added egg ,coconut milk . When the mixed flour is roasted well we added the grinded sugar to it based on the amount of flour . The ottumavu is reaady to serve.
