New Rochelle FD *NEW* Ladder 12, Engine 22 (Spare), & Squad Support Unit 2 Responding

New Rochelle Fire Department NEW Ladder 12, Engine 22 (using Spare Engine 17), and Squad Support Unit 2 responding to an inside investigation at the Soundview Apartments on Willow Drive in the City of New Rochelle, New York. Car 2302, Engine 24, Ambulance 30A1, and Ambulance 30A3 from the New Rochelle Fire Department also responded to this call, but are not seen in this video. Originally, Engine 24, along with Ambulance 30A1 and Ambulance 30A3 were all dispatched for a report of two people down and not breathing inside an apartment. While responding, 60-Control (dispatch) reported the New Rochelle Police Department was requesting all units to stage away. Soon after, they updated the request for EMS to continue staging, but to have the fire department come in to the scene to check for carbon monoxide or chemicals. 60-Control asked Engine 24 if they would like to fill out the inside investigation assignment, and they requested to start out Ladder 12 only. Car 2302 then advised he was responding as well and requested to add Engine 22 with Squad Support Unit 2 to the assignment. Units checked the apartment and found no carbon monoxide or hazardous materials. The two patients were declared deceased on arrival and EMS units were released from staging. The scene was turned back over to the New Rochelle Police Department and all New Rochelle Fire units went back into service. Ladder 12 was placed into service on September 23rd, 2026. The units seen responding are: Ladder 12 - 2026 Seagrave Marauder II (100FT RM) Engine 17 - 2011 Spartan Gladiator/Smeal (1500GPM/500GWT) Squad Support Unit 2 - 2017 Chevrolet 4500/Morgan This video was taken on September 24th, 2026.
