We honestly didn't expect to find an apartment like this in Cyprus for £125,000!

We were looking for a small, new apartment in North Cyprus in a good location—affordable, beautiful, fully furnished, and convenient for both living and renting out. And it seems we’ve found a very interesting option. The price is £125,000. The area is 53 m² (approx. 570 sq ft), including 47 m² of internal space and a 6 m² balcony. But the main surprise is upstairs: a private rooftop terrace of about 30 m² (approx. 323 sq ft), where you can set up a relaxation area, put in sun loungers, a BBQ, or a Jacuzzi. The apartment is new and comes fully furnished. It includes appliances, air conditioning, a communal pool, and covered underground parking. Another major plus is the location in Alsancak. It’s near a private school, supermarkets, restaurants, and other necessary infrastructure, and it's about a kilometer from the sea. In the video, I give a full tour of the apartment and talk not only about the pros but also about one drawback that I discovered here. We will also discuss the rental potential: approximately how much you can earn from long-term and short-term rentals on a property like this. 🎁 Free Consultation — https://north-cyprus-properties.net/f...
