Date : 14th July, 2026 Camera : iPhone 16 Pro Locomotives in Charge : Tughlakabad [TKDD] WDP-4D#40026 + WDP-4B#40078 Onake Obavva Fastest Diesel Intercity Returns on New Delhi - Ambala Section of Northern Railways with New Delhi - Amritsar Swarna Jayanti Shatabdi Express and Shan-e-Punjab Express hauled by EMD Locomotives from Tughlakabad Diesel Locomotive Shed [TKDD] at 130kmph. The diesel locomotives were assigned due to OHE Block at Platform#1 of Jalandhar Cantt Junction on Ludhiana- Amritsar Section. Moreover it was surprising to see dying Diesel Locomotives at 130kmph speed for which I rushed frequently for the past few days on this line. This time I decided to take a ride behind them for which I chose 12030 Amritsar - New Delhi Swarna Jayanti Shatabdi Express from Ambala Cantt to New Delhi on the second last day of this diesel fiesta.
