En momentos que el Belgrano estaba sin tracción las máquinas de Ferronor llevaban y traían tubos de gas a través del c14 , tiempos difíciles , pero muy difíciles para el FCGB. Hoy la cosa ha mejorado pero no mucho !!! La incorporación de material traído de china mejoró la carencia de material tractivo pero aún asi las vias están en un estado lamentable en gran parte de los ramales.
