New Hanover Healthcare Career Partnership: Employer and Provider Perspectives

Launched in 2024 with $22.3 million in three-year funding from The Endowment, the New Hanover Healthcare Career Partnership brings together Cape Fear Community College, University of North Carolina Wilmington, New Hanover County Schools, and the Greater Wilmington Chamber Foundation to strengthen New Hanover County’s healthcare talent pipeline, from early career awareness through education, credentialing, employment, and retention.
