Toronto TTC Gloucester G1 Subway Cars - The First Ever Ones for Canada 9/12/2026

Seen at the Halton Railway Museum are two Gloucester G1 subway cars, which were built in 1953 for the Yonge subway line. These cars were the first ever ones built for the TTC. They retired in 1990 and were donated to the railway museum the next year. Here is a walkthrough of both cars in its original state.
