I’ll also show you one of my favorite spots to see the Marunouchi station building lit up at night. In the second half, we’re heading to Asakusa to see how local makers turn leather into shoes and wallets, fill chrysanthemum-shaped monaka wafers with sweet red bean paste, and dry rice crackers on a rooftop before grilling them by hand.
