This week, we chatted with Isabella Mandis, the founder of Girls Into VC and the youngest honoree on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Boston list. Isabella went to an all-girls school, and when she arrived at Harvard, she often found herself the only woman in the room. She talks with us about what the statistics on women in VC leave out, how 30 calls a day taught her to be comfortable with the “unscripted,” how the right mentors teach you to trust your own call, and the Stanford rejection she's now grateful for.
