Tears of Persepolis — Celestial Dream Trance | Emotional Persian Violin & Ethereal Trance

Tears of Persepolis — Celestial Dream Trance *The Dream Trance Sessions | Version 1* *Music Written & Composed By Siamak Azmoudeh* Some melodies belong to the past. Others seem to travel beyond time itself. Tears of Persepolis — Celestial Dream Trance is an emotional instrumental journey blending the haunting beauty of Persian violin with ethereal progressive trance, celestial atmospheres and hypnotic electronic rhythms. Inspired by the ancient ruins of Persepolis and the timeless beauty of Persian musical traditions, this composition imagines a world where memories of an ancient empire drift through an endless sky of stars. A solitary Persian violin begins with a sorrowful melody, as though telling a story forgotten by time. Slowly, shimmering synthesizers emerge, warm harmonies unfold and a gentle trance rhythm carries the music into a dreamlike universe. The sadness of the opening melody gradually transforms into something uplifting, luminous and deeply emotional. 🎻 The Musical Experience At the heart of this composition is the expressive Persian-style violin, with soulful melodic slides, delicate ornamentation and long, evolving phrases. The violin is accompanied by: ✨ Ethereal celestial synthesizers and floating atmospheric pads 🌌 Shimmering trance arpeggios and expansive harmonies 🎻 Gentle kamancheh-inspired melodic responses 💫 Deep, warm bass and hypnotic progressive trance rhythms 🌙 Spacious instrumental breakdowns and emotional violin solos ❤️ Beautiful transitions between melancholy, nostalgia and euphoria Unlike aggressive electronic dance music, Celestial Dream Trance explores the softer, more atmospheric side of trance. The electronic production creates a sense of weightlessness while allowing the Persian violin to remain the emotional centre of the music. 🏛️ Inspired by Ancient Persia Persepolis, once a ceremonial centre of the Achaemenid Persian Empire, stands today as a reminder of a remarkable civilisation. Its ancient columns, carved stone reliefs and surviving ruins inspire the atmosphere of this composition.
