What Is Vietnam's National Day Really Like 🇻🇳 | Daily Life in Vietnam Hi, I'm Ngoc. I'm 29 years old, and I live in Vietnam with my 3-year-old daughter. Today is September 2nd, Vietnam National Day. My daughter doesn't have school today, so we're going to visit my grandfather in Vinh City. My grandfather is over 90 years old now. His memory isn't as good as it used to be, and he doesn't remember my name anymore. But he still knows who I am. I grew up in his house, so coming back here always brings back a lot of childhood memories. We didn't do anything special for Vietnam National Day. We cooked a simple lunch, cleaned the house, went to the local market, walked around Vinh City, and spent some time together. It was just a quiet day with my family and a little glimpse of our daily life in Vietnam. I'm glad my daughter can still have these moments with her great-grandfather.
