2026 Retake: 1968 Dover Hydraulic Elevator - Carriage Hills Apartments - Fort Dodge, IA

Back in may when I came here to do a retake on this elevator, I saw that this elevator was out of service. I decided to come back here the day before I filmed this elevator (8/29/2026) and lo and behold, the elevator has been fixed! What I find funny is when the pump unit starts up, all the lights in the building flicker. This elevator is still on it’s original submersible pump unit and controller.
