Afternoon ride westbound on the M Street Bike Route between 39th St. and 58th St. The video ends at 58th and J Streets. The Fab Forties is a prestigious historic neighborhood in East Sacramento, California, roughly bounded by 40th through 49th Streets (or 38th to 47th) between J Street and Folsom Boulevard. Architecture: Features grand, multi-million-dollar homes built during the 1920s and 1930s economic and population booms. Styles include Tudor, Colonial Revival, Arts and Crafts, Spanish/Mediterranean, and California Bungalows. Known as one of Sacramento's most exclusive and expensive enclaves, with luxury historic estates frequently listing for several million dollars. Notable Residents: Former U.S. President and California Governor Ronald Reagan lived at 1341 45th Street while in office. The neighborhood also features the "Blue House" from Greta Gerwig's 2017 film Lady Bird. • Holiday Lights: Every December, the neighborhood transforms into a over-the-top yard displays, towering trees, and crowds walking or touring via carriage and hayride.
