Some events are fun. Some events become memories. And then there are events that remind you just how much a place, a community, and a shared passion can mean to you. Fall Bash 2026 wasn't just another weekend of drifting, burning tires, loud engines, and car meets. It was the final motorsports festival at Pikes Peak International Raceway. After years of bringing racers, families, and car enthusiasts together, PPIR announced that the 2026 season would be its final season of public motorsports events. On October 16–17, the community came together for one last festival filled with drifting, drag racing, burnouts, track action, food, music, and the Trunk-or-Treat car show. But behind all the noise and excitement was something a little harder to ignore: the feeling that we were saying goodbye to a place where so many memories were made. For some, it was another weekend at the track. For others, it was a chance to drive their dream car, meet lifelong friends, learn something new, or experience the atmosphere one last time. And for people like us, who live for building cars, pushing our limits, and sharing this passion with others, it meant something more. It's hard to be happy about an ending, even when the memories are worth celebrating. But maybe that's what makes this community so special. The track might be closing its chapter, but the friendships, the builds, the late nights in the garage, and the passion that brought us all together don't have to end here. In this video, come along with Sun Up Builds as we capture the excitement, the cars, the smoke, and the emotions of Fall Bash. Let's celebrate what PPIR has meant to Colorado's motorsports community and appreciate every moment we still get to share. Because one day, the events we take for granted become the memories we wish we could relive. Thank you, PPIR, for the memories. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported the scene, and made this community what it is. This might be the last festival at PPIR, but it doesn't have to be the end of the 300zx story 🏁 Drop a comment: What's your favorite memory at PPIR?
